I told him that it made me feel like white noise,
and he didn’t get it.
I thought I was being perfectly clear. But I guess I must not have been as clear as I thought.
White noise- haze. You know, I just feel like I’m in a cloud. Peeking out from under a sheer blindfold, wrapped up in booming silence.
He just looked at me funny and gave me my pill, and I gave him his.
